Our final day in Seattle started with a brunch at Erik's parents house. It was great to get together one last time. I love these people and I am always happy to be together with them!!! It does not happen often enough!

After the brunch, Scott and I took off for some time just the 2 of us. We headed off to Mr. Rainier National Park. We were really happy to be able to squeeze this into our trip.

A glimpse on our way up to the starting point of our hike. |
We started our hike at Lake Mowich. It was a great place to start because it is not as popular as some of the other spots so the trail was not crowded. |

Eunice Lake was around the half way point and the second half was going up to that little house you see at the top of the picture. |
Beautiful. It was a perfect day to hike! |
